Dharma Productions is on a spree of cool releases for its upcoming film Student Of The Year. Set to release on 19th October, 2012, Student Of The Year is directed by Karan Johar & produced by Dharma Productions & Red Chilles.

SOTY is directed by Karan Johar who has been very actively mentioning the movie on micro-blogging sites. Dharma Productions is excited for the launch and looking at their innovative promotions.
The trailer for the movie will release on the 2nd of August.

Kajol is going to do cameo in the movie

The movie is launching three promising young faces into the industry Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.

Alia Bhatt is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and Varun Dhawan is the son of director David Dhawan. It also stars Boman Irani's son Kayoze Irani.
